My firs Planted Tank ever

First Time I tried planted aquariums.
This is a 20 long with about 80 watts of t5, no co2, just flourite and pea gravel, Oh and 2 CAE 6 Neons. Let me know what you think.

Looks like a nice start. Got some healthy looking plants going there.

With 4WPG of T5 and no CO2 are you experiencing any algae issues? I would keep an eye out for it and be ready to get some Seachem Excel and/or DIY CO2 going if algae starts to crop up.

Looks good. Looks a lot better then my first attempts. Keep an eye on the CAE's I had one and they can get very aggresive. Killed three of my Angelfish. Not that yours will but watch out. He also didnt eat a lot of algae after he realized all he had to do was wait to get fed.

LOL I actually had no algae I think that I got lucky with the number of fish I had stocked. I never expected the tank to do that well but it took off after a couple weeks of starting it and man it got overgrown with plants FAST
