Brad's ADA 45p

My buddy sent me over his new prototype light to test out, so I decide to restart my planted tank.

I planted the Monte Carlo yesterday. I have since dried up most of the standing water. Next weekend I plan to add Java Moss to the drift wood.

Looks pretty cool. I really like that piece of wood. What're you planning to do with the java moss?

Is that light strong enough to grow the Monte Carlo?

Almost a year since an update. That tank stayed dry for a while and everything was growing great. I then decided to order a new 48x18x14 reef tank and combine a 18" mangrove cube and 24x18x18" mixed reef tank. This left me with an empty 18" cube with halide sitting in the kitchen.

I decided to take this ADA 45p and transfer it to the 18" cube. I ditched the monte carlo and went with micro sword.

I honestly haven't been paying much attention to the tank, but I just gave the microsword its first cut and slowly getting rid of the green algae.

Some quick pics from yesterday
