FSM's low tech 75 (lots of pictures)

I never considered adding plants to my 75 because it has a 7" male green terror in it. Then I set up a planted 29 and decided to add some extra stems.

Lighting: 2x40W standard fluorescent
CO2/ferts: none
Substrate: black sand
Filtration: ~600GPH wet/dry sump, AC110

Fish:
7" male green terror
4" Crenicichla menezesi
6" Polypterus delhezi
and one remaining giant danio...suicidal morons

Plants:
Java fern
Java moss
Hygrophila corymbosa 'angustifolia'
Rotala rotundifolia

The GT doesn't do too much digging, but the Rotala has some rocks around the base to keep them from getting yanked out...the hygro has some insane roots though, its not coming out by accident.

Once I get my other 75 turned into a high-tech planted tank I should have lots of extra clippings to add to this tank...stuff isn't going to grow very fast with the amount of light I have though.

Well, since you asked.

The GT is the first fish I bought when I got interested in cichlids and aquariums and stuff...I've had him since December 2007

There are 3 other fish in it

The pike cichlid (Crenicichla menezesi) is really difficult to photograph, it never stops moving and doesn't like the camera

Here is the Polypterus delhezi though.
