First Planted Tank 180 gal.

Started my fist planted tank almost 2 weeks ago.

Equipment:
Fluval FX5
Eshopps 200 Sump (970gph)
(2) 300w-heaters
(2) 36" Coralife 96w x 2 (10k actinic/ 6.7k daylight)
Here are some pics of the set-up and the current version (less than 2 weeks in)

Plantlife:
(3)Wendtii (green/red/bronze)
(3) Anubias (nana, i believe)
(10) Corkscrew Vallisneria
(2) LARGE Java fern mats
A few others im forgetting

Fish:
(12) Rummynose Tetras
(12) Neon Tetras
(12) Gold Barbs
(2) Pink Barbs
(6) Marble Hatchets
(2) Otocinclus
(1) Clown Pleco
(4) snails (2 large/2 small)
(6) Ghost shrimp
(3) Dwarf Frogs

Im still researching Co2 setups and i plan to add (2) more 36" Coralife lights to up my WPG! Also switching the actinic bulbs w/ plant bulbs. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

real nice tank and sleek set-up..how did u put those rim connector ( fx5) into the tank ?? lol my finger was hurt after i hook up both of my fx5 into my 180G.

Hahaha, it was way harder getting them Off of my 75 gal.!!! Just some pressure straight down and the should clamp right on. Getting them off is a major pain though.

hahah oh i got it in now ..but like you said i dont think is gonna come out anytimes soon. btw what kind of substrate you used?

80lbs. of Flourite and 100 lbs of aquarium gravel... i wanted to use 180 lbs of ADA aquasoil but it was soooo pricey. Im really trying to do alot of research before i do CO2. Going with Flourite/Gravel mix over ADA-AS, the price difference will almost pay for the Co2 system.

*UPDATE*

Finally went pressurized co2 and dosing with dry ferts (ei method)
Added a few more fish and some driftwood found at work!!!

Whats going on with the small tank in the lower right hand part of the aquarium stand? Is that a refugium?

no i actually just posted a new thread about that tank in the Fish section... thats my 10gal Green Spotted Puffer's tank. I feel bad, wish he could get along in the 180!
