55gal Build With A Lot Of Lessons Learned !

I would gladly accept any and all critique or suggestions!

Stock includes:
Micro Swords
Amazon Swords
Red Leaf Ludwigia
Mermaid Weed
Dwarf Lily
Aluminum (like a dwarf cabomba? never seen it labeled 'aluminum')
Anubias Nana

I'm thinking fish stock in a few weeks will look something like:
Chocolate/Dwarf Gourami x 3-6 (haven't decided, I know the risks associated w/ choc's)
Cherry Shrimp
Peacock Gudgeon x 4-6
Hatchetfish x 10-12
Otocinclus x min. 3

added micro sword clumps to help cover my foreground. I'm interested in the meadowy feel it will give the tank. Also bettie front pics with more clarity.

Oooohhh! I like!
I don't know how I feel about the black background with the black diamond cap, but I can't wait to see how the plants fill in! I do love that driftwood though.
Can't wait to see some updates!

I really like the way you placed the driftwood, and what a score on the lighting! The painting technique on the back of the glass is pretty brilliant too, may have to try that on one of mine. It's a great looking tank.

Nice tank man! If you ever run across a couple marineland magnum HOB canister filters for cheap, grab them, you can add different media and you can turn the return nozzle where you want the flow to go
