Aquavas 120

*Updated 3/14/15

Love this setup. Totally worth every penny for me. Everything is flush and clean.

These are my first metal pipes, but I much prefer these over glass lily pipes. They are still as clean and brilliant as the day they arrived.

The one negative I will say is that the suction cups for the pipes were sub-par. Half of them came a bit warped so they don't seal properly and can't fully support the weight of the pipes for very long. My intake pipe has to partly rest on the glass tank itself.

The lights are all LEDs and are bright. I don't have a PAR meter, but I can't imagine having any difficulty growing anything due to a lack of light. Each unit has two plugs so you can run them at half or full power. I have them on timers, so they run 50/100% on a schedule.

The forrest landscape looks awesome! What's the upkeep on the dwarf hair grass like?

Nice set up. If I'd bought that I might be paralyzed with indecision on how to do an aquascape that would do the hardware justice. Well done!

I've never regretted over engineering a system, but often regretted under engineering one.
