It has been a while since I've posted anything related to my aquariums so I figured now is a good time to start again since I just recently set up my 30g long growout aquarium. After the AGA convention, I wanted to start focusing on aquascaping which is the reason why I decided to get a growout tanks so that my other planted aquarium, which is a 20g, will be used for aquascaping purposes.
Here is the basic setup I have for my 30g long aquarium.
30g Long Aquarium (36"x12"x16")
Hagen Glo Dual T5HO, 39w at 6,500k and 39w at 18,000k
Pressurized CO2 w/ JBJ Regulator
SoilMaster Substrate on top of peat moss, tourmaline bc, bacter 100, clear super, and a few root tabs.
As far as plants goes, I have a several species of Anubias in there but will be adding more shortly.
Pictures will come tomorrow ...
