They are hydrcotyle tripartita.

Bump: The plants are vals, Limnophila aromatica, Hygrophila corymbosa, Hygrophila corymbosa COMPACTA, alternanthera reineckii, rotala rotundifolia, hydrcotyle tripartita, sagittaria sabulata and glosso.
My vals and staurogyne repens are melting, any reason?

Bump: I am using diy co2, 2x36w flourescent light, ei dosing and tank is 20 tall.
Thanks all for your comments. Please feel free for any suggestions/criticism.

Melting is pretty common. You should see new growth after a while.

Very well done. It's perfect to start with many types of plants. Many people are afraid of doing so but it's the right approach.

+1 for Water Sprite. Not only is it beautiful but it's great for first tries at tanks because it keeps the water clean and grows very fast.

I'd add Cabomba, there are some beautiful variations.

I can vouch for the cabomba and water sprite. Put both in my first tank (no idea what I was doing, they just looked cool at the time) and they are growing like gang busters. Had to trim the cabomba within the first month. It has regular aquarium gravel, the stock light, and I'm not doing any ferts or CO2.

10 gallon bow-front,
