Hello, I am a new member on here. I'm from Michigan and I'm 19 years old. I've had tanks ever since I was a smaller child.
Currently I have a 20 gallon reef(maybe soon to be 40 breeder), 29 gallon planted, 2.5 soon to be planted, and a 65 reef in construction stages.
This is my first 'real' planted tank. I've never used actual planted equipment, good lights, pressurized co2 ext.
Anyway, now onto the tank at hand...
My 29 gallon:
These full tank shots are a few new plants behind now:
The current inhabitants are as followed:
7 Sparkling Gourmis
2 bristle nose pleco (male, female will probably get a breeding tank as they age)
3 cores, 2 aneus, 1 albino
About 10 random shrimp.
Tell me what you think!
My plan is to redo the left side of the tank, maybe replace some of my current drift wood with nice branching pieces upon coming across them.
I'm also planning on filling in all the spacing around the side with ludwigia of some kind, my favorite stem plant.
Any and all suggestions welcome!
I'm very open to ideas on scapin' and plant choice as this is my first real deal!
