The photo looks fine, its your depth of field, try an aperture of 11-18, see how that works for you

Thank guys! My main problem is the space I have to gain access to take these pictures. Its a double stack of 40G breeders and the crypts are on the bottom. I have to wedge my fat head under the tank to take a pic.
So.. I end up just aiming the cam without using the view finder and hope for the best. In the morning I will slide it out and take better picture's.
Thanks for the tip Big!

Any moss I can get my hands on really. Its so easy, I dont do anything special but make the mud mixture out peat moss/organic soil/ground up fert sticks. Slap on some plants and mist them once a day.
Then eat some cilantro..Yum

I don't suppose Dedy sells those tabs in a pre-tab "ground up" form- we gotta undo all the work that went into "tabbing" them ourselves?!

I'm going to start off my 29gal emersed once I'm done using it as a QT tank, so I may see about stealing some emersed crypts off of ya in a few months

Do crypts seed?

it's a lot easier to propagate crypts from runner

Nope, I do not sell granulated or powdered version of the tablet.

However, I do plan to make a substrate additive product as base fertilizer, a variation of the tablet (formulation adjusted) in the form of granules. Just mix it with the bottom part of your substrate and cover up when setting up a new tank. Some might consider it kind of old school way, but it works well enough.

Just some precaution on using the tabs on emersed culture. Though it does well in emmersed culture, it is a good idea to test before mass-using it. There will be less medium such as water to leech to and that might lead to overdose effect (melting crypts or such). I do not keep emmersed crypts, but emmersed echinodorus responded great.

Thanks yall! I use palm fertilizer sticks just so everybody knows. I wanted to use Root tabs but was worried as medicineman mentioned. But I do plan on starting another farm with root tabs mashed up.
