Decent start. If I may make a suggestion or two. The "flat" like rock (I am assuming slate?) is a bit out of the ordinary here. I would remove and replace with something with a bit more character. the coloration of it and the "flatness" detract from the plants (in other words, my eyes go right to it, not the plants).
The driftwood has got some sick potential. Nice selection. Bring it in a bit, make it your focal point to build from. Bringing it to where the slate is now would almost be ideal IMO. Some nice tall stem plants behind would be a great presentation to it, or something tall like a giant hairgrass. Nestle it in, if you will.
Blyxa, sagitaria and tenellus is a brave choice. They are similar plants in scale, yet are very distinct once they take off. I would remove at least one of those species (the tenellus would be my choice, but that is preference), and make groupings of the others.
But hey, if you are happy, I am happy. Plants look very healthy!
I see your a shrimp lover, no fish? Maybe a few otos to keep the glass clean...
