220G Deep, Sumped.

This is the main tank. First wave of planting. Full daylight part of my fade in, fade out cycle. 2x 6500k 50w led floods and 2x 3500k 10w led floods. Will be adding another 30w 6500k flood soon.

My filter.
Main filter compartment filled with some pond sponges, scrubbies and lava rock.
There's a heater in there somewhere too...

My refugium, 10w 6500k led floodlight on a 14hr timer. Cat litter substrate.

Secondary filter compartment, pond sponges, scrubbies and more lava rock. Another heater in there too. Overflows into pump chamber, pumping iro 4-5000lph.

Quick Update before stage 2 of planting. Now running CO2 direct into sump pump to mist. Also using standard EI dry ferts.

Looks great. Love the background. Would have been awesome if you could have continued the background around the overflow box.

Thanks!
Was my first attempt at a 3D background and didn't want to overcomplicate things for myself. Think I could have, now it's done but that ship has sailed! Always a next time and another tank!

Yes, there are root tabs in the sand. Not sure how often to replenish them. Any ideas?
