Something a little different-plants+Retroculus xinguensis

They are extremely outgoing and friendly, but somewhat finicky with regards to what they like to eat. Love mysis shrimp and brine....not fans of flake and sinking pellet bits.

Inhabitants:
11 R. xinguensis
2 NG Rainbows
2 SAE
3 Botia sidthimunki
1 Schistura sp 'Sumo Loach'

Full tank views-

Most of the group-

Some close-ups-

It's a 180. I got a bit bored with the planted setup with cardinals, etc and wanted to try something else. These dig incessantly, so I have to have the rocks around the roots.

It used to look like this:

I wish...

more of those red rainbows would be a nice contrast with the dark background. your lotus are beautiful. are you planning to add some foreground there?

I do plan on getting more red rainbows-probably 8 in total. I don't plan on any more plants at the moment as they move the gravel around a lot.... most people have told me that the plants I have wont make it with these fish when larger.....we'll see.
