12g Long Zebra rock scape

I have wanted one of these tanks forever so i finally went for it and bought the tank an brand new stand for it. What a sexy tank the 12g long is.

Hers the tank setup with the hardscape in place, I went for a mix of eco-complete and Fluorite black with zebra rocks.

Baby tears arrived from Liveaquaria.

This will be a relatively high tech tank;

SunSun canister filter with built in UV
20oz Paintball electronic CO2 system
36-48" Current LED lighting
DIY spray bar and intake

I have not yet decided on a heater I like, and I might go for an inline heater, given i find one that looks reliable enough.

Looks good. I just purchased one of the new Cobalt thin heaters for my 12 long. It is really easy to conceal if you don't want to go inline.

I think Hydor is the only option for inline.

Tank is finally flooded and my overkill of a canister filter actually ended up providing the perfect flow well across the entire tank.

The white mesh thing acts as a filter for the canister intake.

I do wish i could had waited a bit longer for the carpet to come in a bit more but im tearing down my big 29, and some little mollys need a home fast.

First flow test, looking good

The Canister it self is almost 3 Gallons of water volume pushing 370gph.

Timer controlled Paintball Co2, ill do a test in a week or so to see if the Co2 Levels are holding where i want them.

Ill add some HQ pictures tomorrow or the day after when the dust settles.

For inhabitants for this tank i plan on starting with a school of black mollys, I'w had them for almost 2 years now, great characters and fun fish to watch.

Under display modes switch to threaded, from there you can edit the title. Racked my brain for about a week trying to figure that out, lol
