i've never seen a tank with a lot of anacharis. usually a beginner will use it for the previously stated. i personally think some of the most beautiful tanks, interesting rather, are filled with some of the most simple plants.
easy mosses, crypts, swords, aponogetons, and the easiest of stem plants such as your anacharis.
of course, do not plant it as one big bunch. i would try to separate them slightly grouping about 2 stems together and planting 1/2" apart. let it grow to the top, then trim and replant, or sell, and the bottom of your cuttings will produce even fuller leaves.
