Very nice. I eventually want to give discus a try. My tanks right now are all under 20 gallons but someday I want to try a bigger planted tank.

Fshy8907,

If I may say it, your tank is by far one of my favorite thread reads so far. I always look at people's full tank shots/journals and I am often turned off by the amount of iwugami tanks that feature some rocks/wood with one species of carpeting and maybe one stem plant. it is refreshing to see a tank that is natural and beautiful like yours. I feel that your tank showcases your variety of plants as well as your fish.

I did not notice the red fish in the original post, but they are quite a contrast in the side shots, are those red platys?? also your discus are beautiful!! I love discus, are those blue turqs or a wild strain??

my favorite part is the overgrown, mound of java fern/moss in the middle of the tank, it draws my attention right to it. Congrats to a great tank!!!

Thank you very much Jmf3460. I have worked very hard on this tank and I am very pleased on the way it came out. I will be doing more updates on the tank and time goes by. And yes they are dwarf red platys.
