Another 75 Build Thread

Hi All

I'm in the precess of building up a 75g tank, so I thought I would start a thread. If for nothing else but my own diary of the tank. Things are progressing slowly, well might as well be honest. They are progressing as I sneak things past the better half.

I bought the tank used ( Still needs a good cleaning ) I'm builing the stand for it myself. It stands 42" tall and will be placed in that niche you see behind it. It's built with a 2x4 interior and skinned with 1x4 maple. I plan to finish it the same as my entertainment unit, also posted below complete with the glass doors but frosted.

I'll be transering everything over that's presently in 20 gallon, no pictures of that to post at the moment as I am battling a bit of a algae bloom.

Regards
Robb

it took me a week to set up my CO2 after i bought it because i knew i would catch hell. the general rule is that it stays in my drawers of fish supplies until i have some time to myself.

She's pretty good about it really. Right now I have a 20 gallon planted, 30 gallon reef, 5.5 gallon reef, setting up the 75 as a planted, plus I have a 90 in the storage room for a future reef. So I can't say much if she complains once in a blue moon.. ha.
