Krib fry

I am planning to make a journal of my krib breeding success.
To begin: My kribs have spawned, and no I have freeswimming babies. Both parents are guarding the babies, and I have not been able to take any good pictures yet. THe babies are about 3mm long. I borrowed some hikari first bites from a friend, but have not fed them any yet. The fry are staying close to the bottom, and swimming around in a pack with the parents hovering over them. No journal is good without questions, so: What should I feed the babies, and the parents have big chunks out of thier tails, should I worry?

The fish are in a 20g tank with anacharis, another unknown plant, and anubias, all of the plants are floating. There are harliquan rasboros, zebra danios, and a blue gourami along with all the kribs. Will any of these be problems?

Pics coming soon.

Thanks for reading.

congrats on your breeding!
the only fish i have bred has been zebra danios, and i also used hikari first bites which worked great.
I think you could feed them that if they have already consumed there yolk sac which they probably have if it has been at least 1 or 2 days. i find it is also nice to feed hard-boiled egg yolk as a nice healthy treat!
good luck, hope you get pics soon would love to see em :!
