I really like your set up! What lights are those? What kind of sand is that?

The sand is 3M Colorquartz Buff color, and the lights are JBJ Vipers 150w MHs.

Wow, beautiful tank and fish!

Is it a PITA to keep your sand so white?

Nah, I actually dont do anything The tank has huge water flow, about 2400 gph. Plus the porthole catfish clean the sand up, and the geos keep stirring it up. It's very very clean always.

I do monthly 25-30% water changes and that is pretty much it.

I use the tabs. I am planning a big plant overhaul, and getting rid of the melon swords, and going for anubias, they are more pleco friendly They can stand some thorough cleaning. Swords are being cleaned to death.

The tank is a 180g (72x24x25), 40g sump, 2400gph pump. Substrate is 3M Colorquarts, the wood is Manzanita (I have it growing on my property, and actually sell those big branches locally in SoCal, no shipping).

Anything else you'd like to know just ask.

Bad ass lights. Are you running the 14000K bulb in them? Just looking at options and this pops up. Nice setup.
