Newbie trying a 29

Trying to do things right this time around.

Let me know of any changes that need to be done.
I took the suggestion of stapling the java ferns to the drift wood. I think it works well.

Ambula

Well as of right now all the leaves on the ambula are coming off. any thoughts? Did I get a bum plant. or is this a temporary thing and the plant will grow back.

Did you burry the rhizome, that will cause it to rot and leaves to fall off, best thing to do is to tie it to rocks or driftwood

It came as a bunch plant and did not have rhiomes.

HA, sorry I read that as anubias!! In that case how much light to you have over the tank? Is it shaded? Are you adding any ferts?

I put in a couple of root fertilizers and it was in the front right corner slightly shaded. I only planted it on Friday.
