15 Gal high

Its a little late but I figured I would make a record of this tank. Originally set up in mid Feb 2013 as a 10 I decided I wanted slightly bigger so I pulled out the 15g high. Used to house a small blue crayfish until he commited suicide into a bucket of gravel. I live in an apt and am planning on moving soon so I didn't want to setup my 75 just yet. Basically I started out thinking o I will just set up my 10 with a betta but after a few days that got old and I started researching planted tanks. Here is the run down for the last few months. nice start kinda bare
Was lacking some filtration so I swapped out my tiny Whisper i10 for a Fluval C3
Decided to play with hardscape a bit wasn't looking quite right

And this is where I am today. I am trying to add a bit of color but I think my lack of lighting may be an issue.
Current stock is:
5 zebra danios
3 Guppys
2 Emerald green corys
5 Otos
varying ghost shrimp, nerites, pond snails, MTS

I run DIY Co2 through the powerhead. I have recently cut my air stone off to see if my Co2 level will increase. Any thoughts/comments will be helpful.

Looks very nice! Your moneywort and anubias look healthy and beautiful. What lighting are you using?

I can't remember the brand of bulb but the fixture is just a shop light from Home depot. Its 20w T-8 x2. Sits right on top of the tank. The moneywort keeps growing out of the top so I have to trim it about once a month I have been replanting even the smallest cuttings and it just keeps coming back.
