The thread above has more pictures of the tank. My camera alwasy overexposes the no flash pictures. Can't get it to stop. There is no way to adjust the exposure setting, other than "fast" or normal.
The only pictures that aren't overexposed are the flash pictures, but the are even worse, as you all probably know. Some are in the thread above.
A view from the side, pointing out some Discus eggs, and the reason the Amazon Sword is so beat up. They have layed eggs on this leaf three times, now.
I was trying to get pictures to show up on the message, and gave up last night. I guess you have to have a jpg photo stored on a web site somewhere (not here). I noticed that many were using photobucket to to this.
Jimmy, I'll PM you about the macranda. I do have some magenta that is doing quite well, now. When it first came, it was mostly frozen, and pretty wimpy to start with. It has taken some time to come on in my tank as a result. In my tank, it has developed really nice, fluffy leaves. It's interesting that I can read the iron in the tank with the plant. When I first change the water and add iron, it gets really dark red, and begins to get more and more green when I don't dose with more iron. I'm gradually figuring out just the right level, as I don't want to iron poison my fish by overdoing it.
