"Jungle" tanks: let's see your best pics!

I will never be a good aquascaper. Might as well accept it. Although I can say that I can spend a lot of time in front of my tank and just plain enjoy it. This is one of my latest shots. You can see that the layout is arbitrary and perhaps not well planned, though I think there is a subtle beauty to it. My GF keeps asking me to get rid of the roots on the Lobelia, and I'll admit that it looks scraggly, though at the same time one might say that it is attractive. Anyone else with some "jungle" pics that they'd like to share?

What criteria does a tank have to meet before it's considered a "Jungle" tank? Does this count? It's a brand new 8 gallon that was set up on the 28th of Jan '06.

Here's my tank with 384 watts. I was in the process of buying a condo and moving and didn't have time to trim.

I have to admit, I like the look of those tanks. There's just something about really dense uninhibited growth (to a point) that looks ultra natural, to me anyway. Keep the pics coming.

turbomkt, that shot reminds me of why I stopped growing Ambulia. Wayyy out of hand, too fast.

And now I have zero ambulia in my tank In fact, Crypt. Wendtii is the closest I have to an overpowering weed (I keep my rotala rotundifolia in close check).

Wei, I would actually strive to get my tank looking like that. The jungle is where it's at.

both of my 29gallons are growing full right now . . .

I blame the watersprite

Actually, I like the jungle look a little more than the pristine trimmed look, but that's just me
