hOAGARTS 72g Bowfront

Heres my tank that has been set up about a year.
These are some random pics throughout the year, after trimmings before trimmings, etc.
I still have collectoritis running through my veins, so there is no real aquascape yet.

I also have pics of its critters, but they need to be resized .. for another post

Stats
Eheim 2215 Filter
DIY Reactor
192w PC in homemade fixture
Ph is 6.7
Kh 3
Gh ?

Im not real good with the nutrient bit, I just add what i feel like when I feel like it.

It is my new years resolution to figure what all the nutrient are/do and their ratios and get them where they should be

Well.. here goes .. critique away !

YEA - another 72 bow (mine: https://www.plantedtank.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=16991! There aren't many of us out there . . . Guess lighting a bow intimidates some. I also custom built my canopy and DIY'd my lighting.

Suggestions: Bungee that CO2 tank - just for peace of mind. I have mine in the same spot only bungeed around the rear center support.

The plants look great, but I'd agree you really need some sort of hardscape - driftwood or rock - to break it up a bit.

Great setup of the hardware--nice and clean (I'm a neat freak). But I too would suggest securing the co2 cylinder somehow.

The plants show nice full THICK growth!! I suppose you could add some driftwood or something to break up the scape a bit and mold your scape around it. The sword could either be a centerpiece behind the driftwood (if you get some) or along one of the back corners.

I used to have a 46g bow and found it pretty challenging to scape to the way I liked it...got tired of it and went with a box.

Keep us updated!!
