Good to see a local on here. If this your first planted tank? Everything looks healthy and very little algea- you're doing something right. Maybe you can tell everyone a little about it.

this is my first planted tank. as far as algae I'm not really sure. sometimes there's little brown spots on my plants but it just turns out to be flourite dust. I have 2wpg ahsupply lights w/ pressurized co2 and I'm using barr's EI method. I see you're a member of SFBAAPS, those are the foxtails I'm bringing to the plant swap.

Good for you. 2WPG is a nice level to be working with. Good to hear that you are going to the next meet. I am most likely going to be there myself. I am planning a bringing a bunch of crypts and possibly some other goodies for people.

The one in the corner is sunset hygro. The one with the tiny leaves is rotala rotundifolia. Both have a very pretty pinkish color on the tops.
