I concur with Navaros tank looks oustanding so far...can't imagine what its going to look like when the plants fill out. Your Siamese algae eater looks like he needs some algae to munch on though

Interesting set-up, RIC. I like to see the tank again when the plants are more matured. I'll save my comments... I do have a question mark about the stargrass. Mybe this plant will take over the too much the nice wood.
But, I'll wait...and see.

Yeah, neither overhere Marc. But I just order a rimmless tank with my own specs. It will cost a bit more though.
Crystal clear glass will cost a lot more

Thanks everyone! Is rimless tank hard to get in US? Now i learnt something new! Rimless tank is very common here and very cheap. I got mine for 45 Ringgit Malaysia, which is equivalent to USD15 or lower.

PJAN: Yeah, expected the stargrass to grow much taller than that, so will have to be more hardworking to trim it :P

Kamla: That's a surface skimmer (if i am referring to the correct side you meant)

Nice start, cant wait to see it grown in a bit. PJAN has a point about the stargrass , once it starts, it will grow like a weed and get tall hiding your hardscape.

I like where you are going with the tank though !

Looks nice, would be nice if you added the updated picture in your post. I couldn't tell if the pics at the top were the updated ones.
