ADA 60P - The CBS tank

- hi everyone , Im newbie and this is my shrimp tank

ADA 60p
New ADA soil with under ground filter hook with air pump

Chiller set 78'F
Eheim 2215
Ph : 5.5
Tds : 190-200
Gh : 5
Kh : 0-1
Water change 20% every week

Nice setup. I regret not using an UGF for mine. Why is it that you have your temp set so high?

Actually . They ( include CRs ) will be fine , breeding , get nice color in 24'C = 77 - 78'F . That all i read in internet and from some breeder in Japan , Taiwan

Well. I always thought shrimp such as CBS/CRS liked it cooler around 72-75ish?

I don't know exactly . I have a few Shrimp tank , always set chiller temp in 78'F and the shrimps pretty good

I guess the benefit is faster fry growth.

That's how breeders do it in Asia. 24-25C. Suppose to be the best growth rates and baby survival.

And Im Asian too . Someone said the color will be super nice in 24' C and someone said good in 25 , so i set chiller in 78'F better
