Eric's 25 gal 60x40x40cm

This was only been setup last sunday feb 12th, but so far so good.

equipment:
tank is 25 gal, 60x40x40cm starfire
10 lb pressurized CO2 cylinder with DC regulator, bubble counter and solenoid (1-2 bps)
ADA new amazonia aquasoil, one 9L bag
ADA mekong decorative sand
ADA do aqua! violet vp & vv intake & output pipes
ADA drop checker
DC stainless steel diffuser
4x 14watt coralife bulbs
eheim 2213
2x eheim heaters

plants (not 100% of each identity):
anubias nana
glossostigma elanoides
sagittaria subulata
rotala walichii
Pogostemon erectus
java moss
mayaca fluviatilis / Stream Bogmoss
cryptocoryne wendtii red (waiting for tank to cycle to avoid cryp melt)

fish (waiting for cycling):
chili rasboras - boraras brigittae
phoenix rasboras - boraras merah
lemon tetras
cherry shrimp

Very nice looking tank. Especially the substrate. Do you have any way of keeping them form mixing?

looks really gd also like the two substrate idea

Thanks. Not really. But I don't plan on mixing up the substrate much when doing WCs since aquasoil can cause issues, just going to siphon the top. The plan is to allow it to grow freely. I hope the plant growth will eventually cover the division line.

Thanks. I wanted to do a wabi-kusa concept, and I liked the look of the mekong sand.
