Here's my 100 gallon plywood tank. It's been planted since February.
2 Pearl Gouramis
9 Honey Gouramis
2 Sparkling Gouramis
2 Banded Gouramis
1 Synodontis catfish
Hygro Polysperma "scarlet hygro"
Hygro Corymbosa "siamensis"
This has to be the most gorgeous aquatic plant on earth. I love it. I put a Jobe's spike under it and 2 weeks later it exploded with growth.
Older java leaves are covered with plantlets.
Vallisneria giving off lots of oxygen
My male pearl gourami, Captain Redbeard
Some floating watersprite.
This is my lighting, 120 watts of NO T8 fluorescent, giving me a puny 1.2 wpg. Plants are growing great and begin to pearl about 6 hours into the photo period, I don't know why it does so good with such low light. I think the DIY CO2 really helps a low light tank, and I use bulbs with high PAR efficiency. I built the fixture out of pvc pipe, it fits the bulbs perfectly and keeps the connections sealed from any splashing or condensation.
