Looks good, the majority is water sprite correct? Simple but effective! Nice!

It looks as thought the center plants receive the majority of the light (which are growing) and the plants on the sides are not receiving much at all (which are not). You could replace the positions of the water sprite with the others or replace the sides with the plants that need less light to grow.

bigpow: right now only 2.18 wpg but I am saving up for new lights

cprroy73: Yes the majority is water sprite. But also some java fern, a small amazon sword, some rotala indica, and some corkscrew vals.

blade: that is the plan, now I just need to come up with the time to do it!!

For what it's worth I like the look. It might not be what you want but it's a good start heck it looks algae free and that's worth a lot!

Keep up the work, good luck

I concur. Algae free with 2 WPG is way better than my 4 WGP algae infested tank

That looks nice. I almost prefer the first layout, but maybe the plants just need to grow in then it will look fuller. Anyway, one thing I would do is either move the filter intake to the right side of the tank or simply point the output jet twoards the right so the water circulates more evenly. The way you have it now, the water basicly goes straight from the output to the intake and a small stagnate area may form at the bottom-right of the tank. Anyway, just a suggestion.
