According to the poll, I am really debating between Utricularia Graminifolia (UG) &
Dwarf Hairgrass (DHG). UG looks better to be but don't know how well it really grows without CO2...

It's very difficult, if not impossible, to grow UG without CO2 and high light. Just FYI. Your lighting is not going to be adequte for the UG and very possibly the DHG as well. I would go with the MM for a carpet plant.

Isn't the fluval 13w clip on the one that is used in their cube nano tanks? Not sure if any carpet plant would fare well with that over a 20g long.

Thanks for the tips. I got the right light fixture for it now. Will update more on it later in the week.
