My 38 Gallon Community Tank

This is my tank I started around the end of January. I had a 20 long before, so I used gravel and filter media to get it started fast. This is my first ever big tank, and first time at keeping plants. I wanted a nice natural look. The tank was given to me from a Doctors Office that no longer needed it, so its a little scratched up, but it was free so I'm not complaining.

7 - Cherry Barbs (3 male 4 female)
5 - Red Eye Tetra
5 - Black Neon Tetra
3 - Zebra Danio (1 regular and 2 of the "glofish")
1 - Albino Bristlenose Pleco
2 - Ghost Shrimp
1 - Red Cherry Shrimp (I did have 5 but they got stuck in the filter intake )

TetraMin Tropical Flakes, TetraMin Tropical Crisps, Tetra Freeze Dried Blood Worms, and Hikari Tropical Algae Wafers

Java Fern (lace and regular)
Java Moss
Moss Ball
Banana Plant
Penny Wort
Amazon Sword

River rock gravel, I have root tabs under the root feeding plants.

Coralife Aqualight Dual T5 36 inch. 1 10K daylight bulb, 1 Colormax blub. 78 watts total.

1 Aquaclear 70, 1 Aquaclear 50(The 50 was from my 20 long tank, I keep it on low, for added water movement, and more space for beneficial bacteria.)

Aqueon Pro 150 watt set at 76.

Ph 6.8, Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 5-10.

Now for some pics! I want to show how its came along in these few months, I moved some things around from how I first had it. I did have some Corkscrew Vals but my Red Eye Tetras kept pulling them up lol, so I just took them out.

First starting out:

Moved some things around:

Got a black pre filter sponge

Everything growing pretty good

Cherry Shrimp resting on his fav spot lol

Thanks for looking, Ill add more pics when the plants grow in more
