55g tank build

Alright here is my first tank build for a 55 gallon tank.

I obtained the one on the floor about a week ago of Craigslist for $70.00. After my search to find someone to sell just a stand, I came upon the tank and stand combo yesterday for $50.00.

Background of my tank progression from 1.5g to the currently 55g

Started with this: 1.5g

Second: 10g

Bought this temporary container to ease with the overcrowding of Guppies: 19 liters

50.00 Tank/Stand
70.00 Tank
99.98 Canister Filter
64.83 Subtract: Eco Complete Black x 4(20lb)
91.48 Heater, filter medias and pads

Tank cleaned and added a black background.

Also went to Wal-mart and bought polyester fiberfill for the canister media.

A 55 tank and stand for $50? Sweet deal! Are you going to keep your guppies in it? Are you setting up both tanks?

For now the tank will hold my guppies until I find something else to keep.

The other tank will be sold to recoup the money I spent.

My Filter: Aquatop CF-500UV. A bit disappointed with it. I thought it was going to be a rebranded SunSun HW-404B but instead it looks to be a HW-304B. Oh well.

This thing is huge. It's going to be hard time fitting this inside the stand

Update 6/22:

Package from yesterday -

Received 5 bags of Eco-Complete today and dropped them in the tank. Oh so cloudy!

While waiting for it to settle down, I went to a local park to gather some rocks.

Here's my rushed rock placement.
A.
B.

Still deciding on what plants to buy. As of now my two choices are
-Dwarf HairGrass
-Blyxa Japonica
