What should I do with this 20 gallon?

I picked up a dirty 20 gallon tall today, it was dusty and had hard water, after cleaning it, I was surprised to see that it looked brand-new. The only problem is a chip in the back corner but that's no big deal. Currently I have a 30 gallon densely planted with angel fish and serpaes, I have a 10 gallon with some tetras and guppies and 1 featherfin catfish, 5 gallon with ghost shrimp and a betta. 2.5 with a betta, 1 gallon with 6 baby RCS. What should I do with this like new 20 gallon? I like Dutch styles not the styles with jagged rocks and ground cover. I'm open to opinions, I'm 15 and on a budget. (btw my username isn't ment to be dirty, I ride a 2 stroke dirt bike)

How about a gourami biotope? You could pack the tank with vallisneria or some other tall grassy plant, and maybe some crypts. Then get a few chocolate or sparking gourami or some other dwarf gourami.

You should do a pair of German Blue Rams. That would look very nice in a planted 20 gallon.
