5.5 Redo From No Dirt to very Dirty

I just had to break down and clean up my old 5.5 gallon tank as it got to badly infested with duckweed(shudder). I could not get rid of it to save my life!
So i got a used 5.5 from a friend and well here we go again with some new skills and better equipment.
Equipment is a s follows
5.5 Gallon tank form friends tear down it was his quarantine tank
AQ 20 on back Moved over from previous 5.5
Foam sponge Moved over from previous 5.5
Bio balls Moved over from previous 5.5
Crushed Coral to buffer for adding Shrimp later down the road Moved over from previous 5.5
Nicrew Classic light
Some lace rock
mopani wood
Magi Float
Filter sponge for AQ intake
Hydor 50 watt heater
Livestock as follows
Guppy breed in one of my other tanks (10 gallon planted)
15 Ramhorn snails form same tank(10 gallon planted)
2 nerite snails
Planned live stock after plants grow dense
6 Corydoras Pygmaeus
And as many Freshwater shrimp as I can
Will be waiting for Plants to grow in well before adding anymore livestock
So on this on i did a dirted tank with 1mm to 2mm sand on top.
took a few plants out of 10 gallon tank and will be slowly tearing down my other 5.5 and really rinsing off the plants and such before I put them in anything other than a bucket.

Test results from 10-9-2019
TDS 126
Nitrate 5 ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Ammonia 0ppm
Ph is 7.265

Looking good concerned about Nitrate as I tested after a 2 gallon water change on this 5.5 Gallon. Going to retest
Next 3 tests came out a 0 ppm for the nitrate.. SO all is good
