My 65 Gallon 120 x 45 x 46cm

Hi

So this is a journal for my tank, the tank has been running from 2017 till now i had a lot of ups and downs with this tank and the bigest was when i had to move and now i need to move again at the end of this month.

Im from South Africa so bear with me, my English is not that good lol.

Tank
120 x 45 x 46

Substrate
Microbe-lift bloom and grow

Filter
Dophin c1000 (i added two wave makers as well for some extra flow)

Co2
Diy fire extinguisher
No bubble counter
Ista 3 in 1 diffuser
Co2 comes on 2h before lights come on
Ph drop is about 0.9 before lights come on
Co2 goes off 45min before lights go off

Lights
5 x 30w led floodlights with 2 extra 18w t8 led tubes
Photo period is 7h from 3pm to 10pm
I did run 4 floods when i started the tank but struggled to grow monte carlo so i added another one and the led tubes.

Dosing
Kno3 : 7ppm 3 times a week
Kh2po4 : 1ppm 3 times a week
K2So4 : 5ppm 3 times a week
Caso4: 17g at water change
Mgso4: 12g at water change

Micros
Used to be csm+b... Had alot of issues with it, leave curling, deformed new growth especially with ammania gracilis (man this plant just kills me, seems it wants water with nothing in it lol)

So then i switched to a agricultural trace mix that is very very concentrated, copper is crazy high so i used copper as the proxy and add fe gluconate to add some extra iron.
Dosing of the agricultural trace mix is 0.1 to 0.15ml per day and every second day i add 1ml of fe gluconate. I dose the micros at lights on when the ph is low due to co2.

Custom micros will be mixed as soon as my stuff arrives that i ordered.

So on to the photos....

I must be honest the tank has never been the same since the move.

Had becterial blooms and cyanobacteria. Some plantes died like the limnophila aromatica.... Thats really a lovely plant to keep. With the move around the corner i want to rescape the tank.

Some current pics of the tank

Some plants i have and had in the tank.
Monte carlo
Cryptocorynes
Anubia nana
Anubias petite
Hygrophila corymbosa
Alternanthera mini
S repens
Limnophila aromatica
Ammania gracilis
Ludwigia repens
And then one plant i dont know the name of.... Think its also a hygrophila the one with the very long leaves.

I like the wild look to your tank. I have the exact same size as well. Lovely dimensions for a scape imo.

Thanx, yeah i would have liked it if the tank could be 120 x 50 x 46, since i will be rescaping it at the end of the month i got some really nice pieces of mopane wood.

Also trimmed the tank a bit. Only down side is mopane wood leaches tannins like crazy.

Did some photo editing just to get more of a idea what the wood would look like in my tank.

Any suggestions will be appreciated

Update: some bga, bba but overall im happy with the growth... Water changes and regular fertilizing will help with algae and maybe set my timer to a hour less light.

Some nice soup thats cooking here. Any ideas how to sort this out without a uv filter? 3 day blackout maybe followed by 80% water change?
