How To: No Filter, No Heater, No co2, No Ferts

Hi guys. This will be the thread for my No Filter, No Heater, No co2, No Ferts tank. I suppose you can think of it as a pond tank.

Here is how the tank is sitting (far right). The far left is a filtered betta tank and the middle tank is a jar aquarium...also no filter, no heater but too small volume for real action. So thats why i made this one.



If you are interested in making a tank like this, here is how i did it:

So the next update will be adding critters to the tank. This will be after the tank has settled in about a week or so.

The tanks are looking good and I like the arrangement. Pretty nice overall.

If the goal is to have a low maintenance piece of water goodness that shines in the dark, you can simplify the set-up up by omitting the substrate all together.

No, i love the darkness. It adds mystery to the setup and draws you in for a closer look
