Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the link...but the site bandwidth has be exceeded. You might want to get ahold of somebody about hosting or posting the pictures, I suggest http://imageshack.us/index3.php for a temporary solution.

Not too bad. I think you should shoot for some stronger groupings of plants. Meaning try to take a group of plants and thivken them up into a nice bush. It gives a more pleasing view than a few stems. Try to encourage the dwarf sword to spread thrughout the foreground. It looks very good to me but just needs to spread. The blue background is great.

Regards,
Robert

Yeah, thats what I'm hoping for. Trying to phase out the water sprite - just pulled a huge chunk of it out, and trimmed the wisteria back greatly - they were both threatening to take over, LOL!! You couldnt even SEE the driftwood on the left side because of the wisteria. The dwarf sword started out as one little plant with 3 leaves! Its still (and probably always will be) a work in progress. A day doesnt go by that I dont learn something from this group. The more I learn, the more my tank changes . Any suggestions on what I could put in that back right hand corner? Any plants besides run of the mill, fast growing stem plants are hard to come by in this neck of the woods. I just have gotten the vals and sag's the last couple weeks after a trip to another city.
Many thanks to all of you for your help!!

I think the plants look good but that background has got to go... no matter how you arrange your tank you will always be fighting the plants embedded in the background.
Those backgrounds are for people who dont know how to grow plants and that is obviously not the case with you.

ROFL! Thanks Buck!! Yep, I know its got to go. I need to figure out what color I want to put back there (maybe 'algae green' as thats what color the glass is back there ) and rip that old thing off. Was considering painting the back, but Lord knows WHEN I'll have the tank empty enough to pull it away from the wall again. Guess I'll check out the plain backgrounds next time I'm at the LFS.
If my plants look ok, its due to ya'll...I've learned so much here since I set up my first tank about 2 yrs ago now (just now really getting into plants).

Thanks Momotaro! Kudos to you for your help to, and putting up with this newbie pestering you . Still needs work I know, and I still need to figure out what to put in that back corner on the right, but at least my plants are really growing like crazy now. Was watching it this evening, and EVERYTHING is pearling - woohoo!!
Hubby was looking in the back of one of my aquarium mags, and noticed a pressurized C02 system, hehehe, and said..."heres what you need!". Hmmm

I thought it was just a blue background. I guess my eyes deceive me. In that case, background aside, you plant growing skills are coming along nicely.

Robert
