Low Tech RCS Colony - First Baby Shrimp!

Since this will be the first tank I've set up start to finish since joining this forum, I fancied making a journal for it!

The Specs:
Tank: Deep Blue Professional 10g
Lighting: I don't honestly know... the standard 10g light hood from Petsmart, but fluorescent, not incandescent.
Filtration: 2x Azoo OxygenPlus sponge filters
Hardscape: Super Naturals Sunset Gold sand with assorted driftwood I've had lying around.

I have a small heater in there, since the room the tank is in gets very cold, but I'm keeping an eye on the temperature with the heater turned off in hopes that I won't need it.

Flora:
Submersed:
Java fern var. Windelov
Bali moss
Peacock moss
Vietnam moss (thanks to herns for the mosses!)
Water sprite
Duckweed (might get rid of later, but it works well for sucking up nitrates at the start!)
Marselia quadrifolia

Emersed:
Parlor palm "Neanthe Belle"
Polka dot plant
Maybe some peace lily or creeping jenny to come!

Fauna (intended):
Red Cherry Shrimp
Horned nerite x2 or 3 if I can find any!

Please forgive the dead duckweed stuck on the front glass - I thought I'd leave it as a snack for some shrimp when they're added
I'm using a Marina HOB breeder box for my emersed growth, filled with hydroponic clay balls for the plants to root in. I'm hoping it'll provide some extra biofiltration as well as looking pretty! And yes, I am going to fill it the rest of the way!

Not sure why the third photo is rotated, it isn't in the original file on my computer.... What is everyone using for image hosting these days? Is flickr or imgur better? Thanks!

Update!

Things are growing well, cherry shrimp have been moved in. Added a nerite and a 4th shrimp, as my 3 were all girls. All berried

.... well, until today! We have shrimplets !

And an updated FTS:

Please forgive the heater, it keeps coming off the back wall.
