Interrobang‽'s 2.5 Gallon Journal
This is my first planted tank in I forgot how long. A long time. It's time to get back into it, and I'm starting small. Very small. I have an old 2.5g that I used to use as a farm tank, and now it's sitting on my desk in my office at work. I decided to go minimalist with the hardscape, in order to not displace too much space that would otherwise be filled with water, so it's a simple, two-rock hardscape. It's petrified wood, for anyone who cares. The substrate is Fluval Stratum. I'm currently doing a dry start with monte carlo. I'm currently shopping around online looking for the stem plants I plan on putting in here, but it seems a lot of places are out of stock of what I want at the moment, so that sucks. But it's cool, since I have time anyway, due to the DSM.
I plan on adding H. zosterifolia, L. arcuata, R. rotundifolia, E. parvula, and H. micranthemoides before I call it fully planted. I also plan on stocking with a handful of tiny fish (not sure yet, but probably some boraras), and a small colony of crystal bees. Feel free to tag along if you'd like.
