Short Term 20L Iwagumi

So, I moved 2000 miles. Sold every bit of two 33 gallon emersed systems, and my 65 gallon Nature Style.
We're in an apartment for a year while we figure out a spot long term.

1. Can't go above 20 gallons (building's rule not mine)
2. Probably will go back up to a 4 ft tank when i can so this one is temporary
3. Must be covered (cat)
4. Wanted to mimic the PNW cascades as we're missing them here on the plains
5. Single species of plant sounds fun

The last one i bent a little with two species of DHG. This is an Iwagumi Mullet. Parvula in the back Acicularis 'mini' in the front.

Hardscape:

Bump: Will upload a Dry start update when i get home. Currently at 3 weeks.

End of week 3 dry start. Parvula doubled in size, Mini getting quite clumpy. Will trim to encourage horizontal growth.

Flooded at 4 weeks.

My goal here was to have it appear as one continuous mountain from the right side, and then individual fissures from the left side. I think as the sp mini grows in it will accentuate that.

the stingray is just on there for funsies. The classic planted+ seems to be enough light.
Eheim 2213,
GLA gro reg.
I have a lily pipe skimmer, that i'll add when i get some more tubing. came up about 6 inches short.

I really like that view from the right side. It does look like one mountain. It'san appealing setup, very nice work. Keep the updates coming as it fills in!
