Its been a while since i have wanted to do a slightly larger tank (I'm usually partial to nanos). But i think this is the one can't beat the price really. This
is what i am planning on getting, either today or tomorrow, depending on how bad this snow gets.
I know the LED light included with the tank will not be suitable for plants, so i will be purchasing another light for it, but i will leave the LED on there as well, it would add some neat effects when i want them (moonlights). I am also hoping to come up with a pressurized co2 system. I just don't know the best and most cost efficient way of doing this, buying a complete system or buying parts?
So far my basic idea for this tank is south american. The main fauna that i would like to include are either neon tetras or cardinal tetras (a decent sized school), a few otocinclus, and i would like to get something like a bolivian ram or something of the same sort for some different colors and larger fish. Could definitely use some suggestions for a larger fish!!
As for plants i am hoping to include some glosso, as well as some UG possibly. I would like to avoid using moss at all in this tank. I have yet to decide on background plants.
Sorry if my thoughts seem out of order and random, its just how i seem to type on forums.
If anyone has any ideas, let me know!
