Yeah, I've had that up and running for a while. 5lb tank. Had it filled on July 1st. Haven't had to refill it yet. I'm amazed. Must be a good seal this time.

Thanks for the positive comments all. I really need to put some more work back into my tank. I need to get some new bulbs and get some more waterflow. I usually just plant and let it go for a while. And I, unfotunately, only get around to doing a water change every month and a half which has worked but has kind of taken me away from it all. Anyway, thanks again!!

it's hemianthus micranthemoides. My favorite aquascaping plant.

Hey puff,

the setup didn't set me back all that much. Not as much as any plans I've had for a reef tank :P

That's amazing! Anything special to get the micranthemoides that dense?

Just don't cut it

I planted it in the back so it grew over the wooda little, but not that much. It'll grow bushy like that if you plant it in bunches instead of individual strips. If I'm lucky, I can get my heternanthera zosterifolia to grow like that too. In the link at my signature, there's a couple photos of the my zosterifolia growing like a bush.

I hope to someday have a bush as fine as yours
I have a little severum growing out for a while in my planted tank and he likes your plants a lot. He likes them for toys. It is pretty frustrating. He may end up moving in with Zoroaster before he's grown to the size I had intended to have him at before the move.
But, the plants from you are growing pretty well And they're some of my favourites as well, after my crinum

Yes cord...without trimming, you can grow a bush

What did you do to get the zosterifolia to grow so well? Just not trim also?

My sev (Coaster) already doesn't like the plants. He's about 3".
I also think he's been midnight-snacking on Amanos
