12 Gal Nature Style, 4 carpets in a nano

This tank has been set up for about 5 months now but I wanted to post a picture of it because I will be taking it down next month once I move. So I wanted to immortalize the tank online.



Equipment
tank: Mr. Aqua 12g
light: Finnex 24/7 36"
filter: Ehiem 2211
Co2: presurized 20lb tank, Custom built Dual output SS Reg made by AlanLe
Substrate: Ada Amazonia
Pump: small pump behind big dragon stone creating a waterfall for terrestrial plants

Fauna
Blue Star Endler - N-Class
Wild Purple Pencil Fish
Annies Goby
Blue Carbon Rilli Shrimp
SAE
Otto
Longfin Albino Bristlenose plecos

Flora
Carpets:
  • Drawf Baby Tears
  • Marsilea Minute
  • S. Repens
  • Dwarf Hairgrass
A. Reineckii
Lily: Nymphaea minuta (rare)
Mosses:
  • xmas moss
  • Fissidens Fontanus
Bucephelandra sp. "Brownie Blue"
Anubias Nana Petite
Water Lettuce
Terrestrial Plants:
  • Marsilea Minuta (4 leaf clover form)
  • Random PNW Moss
  • Dwarf baby tears
  • Airplant

Maintaince:
1x week 50% water change
1x week gh booster (stopped after adding crushed coral to filter)
3x week EI

Also if anyone is curious, this is the evolution of this tank

It sucks to tear a good looking tank down,it will never look the same again...good luck for your new start,cheers

Thanks. I'm thinking of putting away the 12's for a while and getting a huge tank like a 90cube or 120 long. 12's are a pain to balance

Great tank! I also wish they made a 6' 24 gallon tank... it would be so nice to see small fish schooling around.
