New here.

Hi, I'm Ed from the Netherlands. I have a 400 gallon planted tank with altums, and other small fish.

Just an introductionary pic.

what is weird is, I have to do this to see the picture: right click on the image, -> properties and copy the image URL and paste it in the browser, then the image shows up. I think the pbase site does not allow direct link. Only the browser cache works.

Dang, 400G...that's a massive planted tank you have there. Those are some large plants that you have there, and those altums look very nice.

BTW, that's A. hongsloi pictured there on your avatar correct? You have any of those in the 400 right now?

Your tank looks very good. I like the big plants and logs and just the way it is all set up. It looks so big too. man 400 gallons. And I think a 29 gallon tank is a lot of work. Altums are my favorite.

Thanks all.
Tanksizes are in meters: 2 meters wide. 0.75 m high, depth leftside 0.8m, rightside 1.2 m equals 1500 lit (1m is app.1.1 yard). There is an added biological filter of app 350 liters (app 90 gall.)
Fish are: altums (app 1/2 year old. German bred (Horst Linke)), Hyp.callistus, Astyanax daguae, Thoracocharax stellatus, Apistogramma hongsloi, Crenicara punctulatum, Characidium fasciatum, Otocinclus vittatus, Nannostomus beckfordi, Brochis multiradiatus, Corydoras aeneus, 3 leftover Cardinals and japonica shrimp.
