looks nice, IMO it needs a more variety of green. all I see is light greens and that isn't appealing to much to the eye. I would say add something of a darker green color.

An aquascaping suggestion: move the grass in the back to center behind the rock. Right now it's overpowering the left side and is taking away from the great visual flow you created with the rocks.

Cheers,
Phil

I'm not the biggest Iwagumi fan, but this is a nice layout. I like the way the hairgrass frames the backdrop for the large rock on the left and stops at it's edge. Perhaps adding a 3rd lower grouping on the right background would balance out the rest of the composition.

On week 7 now.
I'm overall happy with the tank. Water has been balanced, only had some minor algae growth on the glass and all inhabitants are healthy.

This tank was set up pretty quickly because I needed a new home for my growing CRS family. Started with 7 Shrimp 8 months
and now have 32. Took out the Bloodfin tetras I added the previous week. The shrimp seemed reluctant to explore with their presence.

I removed the back light and now just have the one up front. On smaller tanks I've had to use two Finnex ray's but it proved excessive here. It helped a little with my contrasting plants problem as well.
