Beginner's two 5g tank

Just new to planted tanks. Reading a lot and learning a lot in "the planted tank forum" so i decided to make a journal. I started on august so i have a lot of catching up to do.

Laterite capped with black sand

Dwarf hairgrass
Glosso
Anubias petite
Hydrocotyle tripartita
Pearlweed (not sure)
Rotala rotundifolia
Rotala najensan
Ludwigia arcuata (not sure)
Staurogyne repens
Java moss on driftwood
Swordplant like at the back

6 neon tetras
1 otocinclus
1 nerite


Tank B 5 gallon

40cm x 20cm x 25cm
6w JDA led
Hob filter

Soil capped with black sand

Cryptocoryne wendtii (not sure)

First tank (A)
Got excited, didn't know anything about plants nor aquascaping. Just bought what the lfs suggested
Original plan was to get a betta. Not into plants really.
Also didn't know that there's such a thing as cycling. Good thing i didn't find a betta that i like
