Question Trying something new

I previously made a tank trying to make it look something like a Scandinavian prairie but it did't work so well because my eleocharis belem out grow my HC and now is out growing my utricularia graminifolia and because the size of my thank is way too small. I have some rocks in a corner with some p. Helferi as well. And I don't know what to do, Maybe dismantle my thank and start again or try to escape it with plants I have available. Could you give me some ideas.

Plants available:
Flame Moss
Anubia nana
pearl moss
H. Pinatifolia
Java moss
HC
Ludwigia Arcuata
echinodorus ozelot
Eleocharis Belem
Utricularia graminifolia
Echinoderms sp.
Bacopa monnieri
Maybe some other mosses I don't remember.
If You suggest another plant I willing to get them.
Bolbitis heudelotii

PS My thank size is 35cm x 35cm x 80 cm with 22 gallons approximately I have CO2 and Hi output lamp.

Why not just run a barrier in the soil so the grass runners stay confined to its section. I think you have a nice scape idea going.
