lukes 18 gallon, getting there!

hey guys after alot of help from everyone on here and alot of much needed research and modifications to tank I'm finally getting pleased with tank!
So heres what I started with!

After much questioning and searching I decided to rescape and generaly sort my tank out!

My set up now is,

under substrate pro flora fertiliser,
DIY co2 injection going into a powerhead to diffuse bubbles,
two 15 watt tubes one power glo one daylight
25% weekly water change plus iron/potassium ferts
java fern
annubias
dwarf hair grass
some types of swords I dont know the names of
4 red eyed tetra
4 kitty tetra
4 leapeord danio
male and female betta
cherry shrimp

Than after a few opinions on here I moved some plants again and came up with this

And finally now this, i'm going to leave the tank now to hopefully grow in and see what happens.

Looking good! I like the way you have the wood now better than before and I like the grasses in the front.

That's a great start! Better than how I started out. I can't ID the grass, sorry. Keep up the good work. Just a little idea for better pictures, (it really helped me) turn off all the light in the room, including the camera's flash, but leave the aquarium lights on. Then take the picture.
