Bill's 45 Bowfront 56k warning

I ordered a 93gal cube, but when it came in it had a small chip near the center of one the sides it might been ok but a new $500 tank with a bad side, I'll be picky, so back it went. While I wait for a new one to come in I found a deal on a 45 euro so here's that build.

I wanted to use a loc line return so I hard mounted the return and the intake.

Aquaclear 50 I drilled holes in the impeller I'll use it to inject co2. Had some 1" black hose laying around so I spit it and used it to hide cords and hoses up to the spray bar.

Used bricks make this compartment for the pump. On my cube I think I'll make one like this for all the intakes.

This is how it looks now, been setup a day. I used sand I made from quickrete sand and some potting mix, this sand was in a 38gal I had, grew plants like crazy. The plants are just from my old tanks. Only bad thing is my co2 tank is 35 feet away hose has to go around a door to get there.

Yeah, moonlights, I work odd hours so some times I only get to watch the tank at night. I really wish I could find the moonlights like I had years ago on my reef they would wax and wane just like the moon.

I just buy them prewired on ebay. Then I mount them on corner molding and mount that on the light.
